ONE PAIR LEFT: 1920s Czechoslovakian sunrise glass earrings
Handmade in the Otways
Description
Materials: 1920s Czechoslovakian glass in the colour and precious metal of your choice via the dropdown menu.
These treasures have been in my collection since 2014. I've set them "backwards" as I love the way the light comes through revealing the sunrise pattern of the gold foil inlay. They're very old and imperfect. The gold foil and glass surface in almost all pieces is prefectly imperfect, but I think this only adds to the charm of these delightful glass pieces. Don’t order these if you want something shiny and new from a factory; if you love pieces with a story, these are definitely for you.
Available made to order in 9ct rose gold or 9ct yellow gold via the dropdown menu. If you'd like a pair made in gold, please allow 7 days for they earrings to be made and shipped to you.
Size: 3.5cm from the top of hook to bottom of the glass piece.
Handmade in Betsy Blonde's Otway forest based studio on Gadubanud Country.
