My paternal grandmother, Mary Agnes, had a framed picture of the Pope on top her TV.  It was the 1980s and TVs were large rectangle boxes in the lounge room; long before the days of flat screens.  I have an affinity for religious iconography; I collect vintage crucifixes, medals, trinkets and rosary beads to use in my work.  These 1960s treasures are foil backed and the foil backing is imperfect and they're priced accordingly.  If you'd like a pristine pair, you'll want to skip these.  If you want a pair with signs of their 50 odd years on the planet that are perfectly imperfect, these will. be perfect for you.

Handmade in Betsy Blonde's Otway forest based studio on Gadubanud Country.
