These pendants were cast from gold toned 1970s zodiac pendants. The pendants are cast in Melbourne using the lost wax method and hand finished in my Otway forest studio. These pendants are large, have a fabulous weight to them and are perfect for stacking or layering with your other favourite pieces. The final image shows the original 1970s gold tone pieces these are cast from. The original pieces are not for sale, if you order a pendant you will receive one made with your choice of recycled sterling silver or 9ct gold. Please note the original Aquarius piece has been substituted for a not yet polished sterling silver piece as the gold tone Aquarius piece was away having a new mold made at the time of photography.
Materials: recycled sterling silver or recycled 9ct yellow gold.
Measurement: 2.6cm wide, 3cm tall excluding the jump ring.
This listing is for the pendant ONLY. If you would like a handmade or commercially made sterling silver chain to go with this piece, they are available via the necklaces section of the website. If you order this piece you will not receive a chain unless you add one to your cart. The chains pictured worn are 45cm holding the rectangle 9ct yellow gold medal, 60cm holding the round sterling silver medal. The handmade chain pictured is the heavier trombone link chain in a 60cm length.
Handmade in Betsy Blonde's Otway forest based studio on Gadubanud Country.
