Pinky signet ring
Handmade in the Otways
Description
Handmade via the lost wax method, all pieces are cast in Melbourne in recycled precious metal and hand finished with a brushed finish with the heart oxidised here in my Otway forest studio. This piece is for everyone and made in your size and choice of precious metal.
Measurements: signet ring face approx 19mm x 13mm.
Signet rings were traditionally worn by men, on the pinky finger of their less dominant hand. Rules were made to be broken and you can wear it however you wish. If you’re in the market for a pinky signet, I have to say I think this is one of the most comfortable fitting pinky rings I’ve ever worn. It’s solid. Not hollowed out underneath to cut down on metal, and therefore cost, and as a result the precious metal is in contact with your finger all the way around the ring. It grips on to the top of your finger with no pesky gaps or gaping making for a lovely fitting pinky ring that I’ve worn constantly since it left my bench.
If you don't know your ring size, I can send you a complimentary ring sizer after you complete your purchase.
Materials: your choice of recycled sterling silver, 9ct or 18ct gold. Please allow 3 weeks for your signet ring to be made just for you.
Hand finished in Betsy Blonde's Otway forest based studio on Gadubanud Country.
